ANFA Team Demands Rs 6m from Government

ANFA President Ganesh Thapa led the ANFA team to Baluwatar to meet Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal on Thursday and pledged support for the up-coming AFC U-16 and U-19 Qualifiers to be held in Nepal in October and November.
PM Nepal met seven ANFA officials at his residence.
The source close to GoalNepal.com informed that ANFA team asked government to provide Six million Nepalese rupees for the both tournaments.
"We requested PM to provide six million rupees", one official who do not want to be named told GoalNepal.com.
The source also added that PM Nepal was positive about the proposal.
AFC U-16 Championship Qualifiers is scheduled from 5-15 October in Kathmandu.
