Jan 16, 2017 – Representatives from 17 different A, B and C Division clubs took part in the AFC Club Licensing Workshop conducted by AFC representative Yogesh Desai as part of the Strategic Planning meeting taking place at the All Nepal Football Association, on Monday.
The AFC has made it mandatory for clubs to meet the AFC Club Licensing requirement by 2018 if they are to compete in the AFC club level championships.
The AFC has been holding meetings with different units of the All Nepal Football Association to form a concrete plan for the years to come.
In this regard, on the first of the meeting the three-member delegation held meetings with ANFA President Narendra Shrestha, Senior Vice President Mr. Mani Kunwar, General Secretary Dhirendra Pradhan, CEO Indra Man Tuladhar and other members of the Ex. Co on the necessity to form a strategic plan for the development of football.
On Monday, the delegation also met journalists, security officials, ANFA officials involved in the reconstruction of Seti Devi High School in Sindhupalchowk undertaken by the AFC.
The meeting will continue tomorrow (Tuesday) as well.
