27 players remain in U-18 selection

August 11, 2017 – Nepal -18 head coach Chiring Lopsang on Friday further downsized the team to 27 players from the previous 35 players he had in his roster for the Nepal U-18 team selection.

Lopsang had a called on 72 players for the preliminary selection of the Nepal U-18 squad that will be representing Nepal in SAFF U-18 Championship to be held in Bhutan from September 18-27.

From the current 27 players he has at his disposal, he will be finalizing a 20-member squad for the SAFF U-18 Championship and 23 players for the AFC U-19 2018 Championship Qualifiers to be held in Kyrgyzstan.

Lopsang is aided by Mrigendra Mishra as the Goalkeeping coach and Pushkar Shahi as the mananger.
