AFC A Coaching Course kicks off

August 15, 2017 – The AFC 'A' Coaching Certificate Course organized by the ANFA under the auspices of the AFC kicked off at the ANFA Complex on Tuesday.

A total of 21 coaches will be attending the course conducted by AFC Instructor Naider Arabi from IR Iran. The course will run through Aug. 15- September.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the program, ANFA President Narendra Shrestha said that the coaching course is of high importance for the development of football in Nepal.

"Our association will soon be entering club licensing. One of the key requirements of the licensing are coaches with 'A' Coaching Certificate. I would like to extend my best wishes to all of you to make the best out of the course," he said.

AFC Instructor Arabi said: "This is my second visit to Nepal. This is a very important course for the development of football in the country. I want all of you to give your best."
