Football development in Nepal had only possible when ANFA started working from root level. Keeping this in mind, ANFA has given its work priority for building fundamental material for the association. At Very first, ANFA has built Hostel in Satdobato, Lalitpur where it has shown its solid dedication toward the development of Football game in Nepal by opening ANFA office with Playground. This work of ANFA has been appreciated everywhere. Before starting Goal project, Federation of International Football Association (FIFA) has also appreciated this work done by ANFA and provided an opportunity to represent as a model in FIFA congress. Then ANFA started to build technical centers in Chyasal of Lalitpur, Butwal, Rupandehi, Sunsari and Dharan under the roof of FIFA Goal project. Similarly, ANFA has planned to open technical centers in Mid-Western and Far- Western development regions of Nepal in Future.

ANFA has submitted the proposal to construct small football ground with minimum requirement in many districts as the second Goal project of Federation of international football association (FIFA).
