Shree Bhagawati edge Manang, Nawa Jana snatch late winner

Shree Bhagawati Club secured a narrow 1-0 victory over Manang Marsyangdi Club at the ANFA Complex on Tuesday. The only goal of the match came in the 63rd minute through Semanta Thapa, who found the back of the net to give his side a hard-fought win. Manang Marsyangdi pushed for an equalizer in the remaining minutes but couldn't break down a resolute Shree Bhagawati defense.

At the other end of the ANFA Complex, Nawa Jana Jagriti Youth Club snatched a dramatic 2-1 victory over Kankrebihar Club in a match that saw late drama at both ends. Nawa Jana took the lead in the 36th minute through Cheena Lama and looked comfortable until the closing stages. Kankrebihar thought they had rescued a point when Sonam Acharya scored in the 87th minute to level the scores.

However, Nawa Jana had other ideas as Udit Narayan Chaudhary struck in the first minute of stoppage time (90+1) to seal the win and break Kankrebihar hearts.
