Church Boys United edge Chhahari Yuwa Club in Red Bull ANFA Women’s Championship

Church Boys United secured a narrow 1–0 victory over Chhahari Yuwa Club in the Red Bull ANFA Women’s Championship match played on Saturday at Tharuhat Stadium.

The match remained goalless for most of the contest before Barsha Oli scored the decisive goal in the 78th minute to hand Church Boys United the win.

Both sides fought a tight battle throughout the game, but Church Boys managed to break the deadlock late in the second half to secure all three points.

With the victory, Church Boys United advance to the next round where they will face Sankata FC.

Rekha scores six in Police big win over FC Reale

Nepal Police Club registered a dominant 10–0 victory over FC Reale in the Red Bull ANFA Women’s Championship match played on Saturday at Tharuhat Stadium.

Rekha Poudel delivered a sensational performance, scoring six goals for Nepal Police Club in the 11th, 12th, 45th, 45+2, 72nd and 77th minutes to lead her team to a comfortable win.

Puja Rana added another goal in the 14th minute, while Meena Deuba scored twice in the 18th and 49th minutes. Birsana Chaudhary also found the net in the 67th minute to complete the scoring for Nepal Police Club.

NRT make winning start in Red Bull ANFA Women's Championship

New Road Team (NRT) started their campaign in the Red Bull ANFA Women’s Championship with a 2–0 win over Gaighat FC in the opening match played on Friday at Tharuhat Stadium.

Pratikshya Thakuri put New Road Team ahead in first-half stoppage time, scoring in the 45+2 minute to give her side the lead before the break. Sushila KC doubled the advantage in the 79th minute to seal the victory for NRT.

The tournament was officially inaugurated by Purushottam Kattel, General Secretary of South Asian Football Federation (SAFF), prior to the start of the match.

Ten teams are taking part in the knockout women's championship in Udaypur.

Nine C division clubs selected as voting members

All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) has completed the election process to select voting member clubs from the C Division for its upcoming Regular General Assembly and Executive Committee Election. The election was held today at the ANFA Complex, Satdobato.

Following the election, a total of nine clubs have been selected as voting member clubs. The selected clubs are Khalibari Youth Football Club, Jhamsikhel Youth Club, Pulchowk Sports Club, Manohara Integrated Youth Club, Mahabir Studies and Athletics Center, Samaj Kalyan Sports Center Club, Samajik Youth Club, Sports Academy Sanga, and Swayambhu Club.

Voting representatives from Tushal Youth Club and Nepalgunj 11 were not present during today’s voting process.
