All Nepal Football Association on Monday held a discussion with 'B' Division clubs over tournament regulation for Martyr's Memorial B Division League which is scheduled to begin from February 23.
League Committee Deputy Coordinator Ramesh Rayamajhi and Competition Director Sanjeeb Mishra discussed with clubs over the regulation for the halted league.
Following the discussion, the meeting agreed to allow five more players for registration taking the total registered players from 35 to 40. Similarly, two officials, both health professionals, will also be allowed for registration by clubs.
The league will now have five substitutes, up from three, when it resumes. The tie-sheet for match 33 to 66 will be continued from earlier tie-sheet.
A meeting with club officials on December 23 had agreed to resume the league, halted since March 18, 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic, from February 23.
