Three Star Club (TSC) dropped more points after a goalless draw against APF Football Club in the Qatar Airways Martyr's Memorial 'A' Division League 2021/22 on Sunday.
TSC now have five points from four games and are fifth in the league table. APF meanwhile scored their first point of the current season.
APF were a better team throughout the game but could not find that finishing touch in the game.
TSC coach Rabindra Silakar said they came under pressure in the match today. "We had an offensive mentality from the start and came under pressure. We could not perform as we wanted," said Silakar.
APF coach Kumar Thapa said they are happy with the single point they took from today's match and hopefully will improve in coming matches. "My players are giving their best. That is a positive mentality from today's game. We should have won today's game. We dominated the game, created chances but could not score," said Thapa.
Sankata Club will play against Nepal Police Club in the first match on Monday at 1 pm while Jawalakhel Youth Club will take on Brigade Boys Club in the other match at 4:45 pm.
