All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) has been nominated for the AFC Member Association of the Year (Gold) category by the Asian Football Federation.
The nominees for the AFC Annual Awards Seoul 2023 was announced on Tuesday with just under a month left to the gala ceremony.
ANFA will vie for the award with Chinese Taipei Football Association and The Football Association of Hong Kong, China Limited.
The AFC Member Association of the Year (Gold) is an award presented by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) to recognize the outstanding achievements of a member association within Asian football.
It typically honors the association that has demonstrated excellence in various areas such as governance, development programs, grassroots initiatives, and overall contributions to the sport in their country. Winning this award highlights the association's commitment to promoting football and its positive impact on the sport at both national and regional levels.
Asia’s finest, headlined by the coveted AFC Player of the Year and AFC Women’s Player of the Year accolades, will be crowned on October 29 when the 28th edition of the AFC Annual Awards take place at the stunning Grand Peace Palace of the Kyung Hee University.
