Jhapa edge RCT for second straight win; late goal seals victory for Brigade Boys

Jhapa Football Club secured their second consecutive win in the Martyr's Memorial B Division League 2081 with a 2-1 victory over RCT.

Pradeep Budathoki opened the scoring for Jhapa from the penalty spot in the 20th minute, and Manish Limbu doubled the lead in the 42nd minute. RCT’s Prajwal Gurung pulled one back in the 55th minute, but his effort proved only a consolation as Jhapa held on for the win.

In the other match of the day, Brigade Boys Club claimed a narrow 1-0 win over Shree Tusal Youth Club. Bijay Uranw scored the decisive goal in the 87th minute to give Brigade Boys all three points.
