APF FC dominate Church Boys as NRT edge Kankre Bihar; Friends and Sankata share points

APF Football Club ran riot against Church Boys United, NRT secured an early strike advantage over Kankre Bihar Club, and Friends Club and Sankata FC battled to a goalless stalemate in the National League on Thursday.

At the Chyasal Stadium, APF FC displayed clinical attacking football to defeat Church Boys United. Samiraj Thokar opened the scoring in the 22nd minute, followed by Pradip Lama’s strike in the 38th minute. Yubaraj Khadka added a brace in the 60th and 77th minutes to put the match beyond doubt, while Milan Rai pulled one back for Church Boys United in the 82nd minute.

In the second match at the ANFA Complex, NRT secured a 2‑0 victory over Kankre Bihar Club. Timothy Chiemerie scored early in the 2nd minute, giving NRT an immediate advantage, before Randip Paudel doubled the lead in the 35th minute.

The day’s final fixture at the Chyasal Stadium saw Friends Club and Sankata FC settle for a 0‑0 draw in a closely contested match, with both teams showing strong defensive discipline.
