NRT secured a 3‑1 victory over Sankata FC, while Church Boys United ran riot with a 6‑1 win against Nawa Jana Jagriti Yuwa Club at the ANFA Complex on Thursday.
NRT took an early lead through Kritish Ratna Chhunju in the 11th minute. Sankata FC were handed a blow when Wendpanga Gilbert Bilgo scored an own goal in the 51st minute, before Krishna Bahadur Ale pulled one back for Sankata in the 56th minute. Timothy Chiemerie Okereke then sealed the win for NRT with a goal in the 67th minute. The match also saw disciplinary action, with Sankata’s Taye Daniel Badaru receiving two yellow cards in the 24th minute, and NRT’s Timothy Chiemerie Okereke booked twice in the 86th minute.

Church Boys United dominated Nawa Jana Jagriti Yuwa Club in the other fixture. Abayomi Oluwaseun Fakunle scored twice in the 3rd and 31st minutes, while Arik Bista (8’), Milan Rai (20’, 41’, 61’) also found the net to complete a 6‑0 lead. Johann Boer scored a consolation goal for Nawa Jana Jagriti Yuwa Club in the 81st minute.
