Sankata FC defeat Church Boys United 4–1 in Red Bull ANFA Women’s Championship

Sankata FC secured a 4–1 victory over Church Boys United in the Red Bull ANFA Women’s Championship match played at Tharuhat Stadium.

Church Boys United had an early opportunity to take the lead, but Manita Tumrok missed a penalty in the 38th minute. Just a minute later, Sukriya Miya put Sankata FC ahead in the 39th minute.

Church Boys responded through Barsha Oli, who equalized in the 43rd minute to make it 1–1 before halftime.

In the second half, Sankata FC took control of the match. Purnima Rai restored the lead in the 63rd minute, while Lucia Leila Jose Mocambique added two more goals in the 63rd and 80th minutes to seal the win.

With the victory, Sankata FC advanced to the semi-final where they will face APF Football Club.
