Nepal Police Club dominated from the start, with Dhirendra Bahadur Shaha scoring a brace in the 36th and 48th minutes. Dasharath Giri (42’), Bharat Shah (45’), and Sanjeev Lama (45+1’, 45+3’) added to the tally, while Bijay Uranw completed the rout in the 61st minute.

Planning Boys United and New Road Team shared points in a 1–1 draw. Pratap Sing Rai put Planning Boys ahead in the 41st minute, but Timothy Chiemerie Okereke equalized for NRT in first-half stoppage time (45+1’).

Tribhuvan Army FC defeated Jawalakhel Youth Club 2–0, with Gillespye Jung Karki scoring in the 44th and 80th minutes. The match saw a late red card as Bikram Tamang of Jawalakhel was sent off in the 89th minute after receiving two yellow cards.
