Sankata dominate NRT, Army defeat Jhapa

Sankata FC delivered a commanding performance to thrash NRT 4-0 at Chyasal Stadium in the Martyr's Memorial National Women's League 2082 on Wednesday. The scoring started early when Win Theingi Tun found the net in just the 5th minute.

Lucia Leila Jose Mocambique doubled the lead in the 26th minute, and Sukriya Miya made it three just two minutes later in the 28th minute. Queenabel Akosua Amankrah completed the rout in the 52nd minute as Sankata cruised to a comfortable victory.

At the same venue, Tribhuvan Army FC produced an even more emphatic display, crushing Jhapa FC 5-0. Dipa Shahi opened the scoring in the 57th minute, and Hima Chaudhary added a second in the 68th minute. Anjana Thulung Rai then took center stage, netting twice in the closing stages with goals in the 86th and 90+1 minutes.

Tulasa Bohora put the finishing touch on the demolition with a strike in the 90+6 minute, sealing a dominant win for Army.
