ANFA congratulates the newly appointed Board Members of the NSC

The All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) family congratulated the newly appointed Vice-President, Member Secretary and other members of the National Sports Council (NSC) a programme at the ANFA Complex today.

The government reappointed Ramesh Silwal as the Member Secretary of the NSC. Following the enactment of a new sports act, the Cabinet meeting held on July 27 appointed Silwal to the post for a term of four years. The Cabinet had also appointed Shiva Koirala as vice-president of the Council.

Addressing the ANFA family, Member Secretary Ramesh Silwal and Vice President Shiva Koirala thanked ANFA for congratulating them and also pledged support to ANFA for the development of football in Nepal.

The appointed members of the Council are: Rim Ranabhat, Indira Niraula, Gobinda Prasad Bhattrai, Arjun Bahadur K.C, Sampanna Shrestha and Subash Shrestha.

ANFA Corporate Social Responsibility conducted a voluntary blood donation

ANFA Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) by bringing the theme successfully conducted a voluntary blood donation initiative in association with Himal Hospital today at the ANFA Complex. All the working staffs and ANFA members were encouraged to donate the blood to maintain blood bank stock and contribute to heath of people in Nepal. ANFA believes in the importance of CSR and will continue to expand on other initiatives.

Second phase meeting with school for Youth League

The All Nepal Football Association today held a meeting with schools of Kathmandu valley. This is the second phase of the meeting where the schools and ANFA interacted in organizing Youth Leagues.ANFA President Karma Tsering Sherpa, ANFA Vice President and Chairman of Youth Development Committee Upendra Man Singh and Head of Elite Youth Nabin Maharjan presented their plans and proposal to the schools to organize Youth League in collaboration with the A Division Clubs. The schools and ANFA has earlier interacted and discussed in details about the modules and format of the League. The ANFA will soon organize youth competition for the age group of U-14 and U-18.

Reports submitted to ANFA

ANFA Investigative Committee has submitted its report to the ANFA office after the committee concluded their 18 days internal investigation over the alleged financial irregularities charge in the Kaski District Football Association.

Coordinator of the committee and ANFA Vice President Bir Bahadur Khadka today handedover the reports to the ANFA President, Karma Tsering Sherpa and ANFA General Secretary Indraman Tuladhar.

The Committee started its investigation on June 30, 2020.

Ananda Ranjit and Narayan Dutta Adhikari were the other members of the  committee.
