Bangladesh national team arrives for Nepal friendly

Bangladesh national team has landed in Kathmandu on later Saturday night for the friendly against Nepal.

ANFA Executive Committee members Rabindra Chand and Purushottam Thapa welcomed the team at airport.

Nepal will play the international friendly against Bangladesh on September 27 at Dasharath Stadium.

Final squad for Bangladesh friendly announced

Acting Head Coach of national football team Pradip Humagain has announced his final squad for the upcoming international friendly against Bangladesh to be played at Dasharath Stadium on September 27.

Humagain announced his squad at a press meet organized at ANFA Complex in Satdobato on Thursday.

Ashish Chaudhary and Hrithik Khadka have received first call up for the national side.

Final squad:

Goalkeepers: Kiran Chemjong, Bishal Shrestha, Deep Karki, Bikesh Kuthu

Defenders: Rohit Chand, Ananta Tamang, Bikash Tamang, Dinesh Rajbanshi, Bikash Khawas, Suman Aryal, Rejin Dhinal

U-15 women's team reduced to 30

The preliminary squad of U-15 national women's team has been reduced to 30.

Head coach Bhagawati Rana Magar left out 10 players from the 40 currently training at ANFA Complex.

The team will take part in the SAFF U-15 Women's Championship to be held in Bangladesh from November 1-12.

Preliminary squad:

U-20 national team return home

The U-20 national team has returned home on Monday after taking part in the AFC U-20 Asian Cup Qualifiers in Bahrain.

The team was welcomed by ANFA Ex-Co members Anil Malla, Purushottam Thapa, Rabindra Chand and Tika Ram Lama upon their arrival at the airport.

Nepal had lost all matches played against Bhutan, Qatar, Bahrain and Bangladesh in the competition.
