Ranipokhari Corner Team (RCT) defeated Tusal Youth Club (TYC) 1-0 in the Martyr's Memorial 'B' Division League with Ajit Gurung scoring the only goal.
After putting relentless pressure against TYC in the first half, RCT finally opened the scoring through Gurung in the 73rd minute. TYC also had their chances but were not able to find the equalizer.
In the second game, Satdobato Youth Club (SYC) won 1-0 against Shree Bhagwati Club (SBC) to open three points lead over Khumaltar Youth Club (KYC). SYC scored through a penalty awarded after a handball by Laxman GC. A shot by Dinesh Rai had struck GC's hand and Dorge Tamang converted from the spot.
The win means unbeaten SYC have 22 points from eight matches, a three point lead over second-placed KYC. SBC lie ninth with six points from eight matches.

Milan Limbu scored a hat-trick as Divine Boys Union Club (BUC) defeated Nayabasti Yuva Club (NYC) 3-0 in the Martyr's Memorial 'B' Division League on Sunday.
In the second match of the day, Khumaltar Youth Club (KYC) won 1-0 against Jhamsikhel Youth Club (JYC).
Limbu opened the scoring in the 21st minute utilizing a cross from Arun Limbu. He added his second in the additional minutes of first half and completed his hat-trick in the 57th minute. The closest NYC came to scoring was in the 77th minute when Suman Rai struck the bar with a fierce right-footed shot.
BUC's assistant coach Ranjit Singh said they played better than last game. "We both clubs are of same standard but today we played well and converted our chances," said Singh.
NYU's coach Chet Narayan Shrestha said they could not maintain ball possession in today's game. "Our midfield was weak. Injury to our key defenders also hampered our performance," said Shrestha.
In the second match, Mahesh Rai scored the solitary goal in the third minute as KYC edged JYC to move level on points with leaders Satdobato Youth Club (SYC). League leaders SYC have a better head-to-head result against KYC and also have played a game less than SYC.
KYC's assistant coach Binod Dangol said they could not perform as expected. "I think my players were tired after our previous high tempo game against Satdobato. We only played as plan for 10 minutes and scored during that time," said Dangol.
JYC's coach Purushottam Dangol said it was a 50-50 game which could have gone both ways. "We missed our chances and they took theirs. We were superior and played better but that goal was the difference," said Dangol.

Around the Himalaya Bansbari Club missed chance to go second in the Martyr's Memorial 'B' Division League with a goalless draw with Shree Kumari Club on Saturday.
In the second match of the day, Bansbari's goalkeeper Roshan Nepal had an excellent day between the post as his saves ensured Bansbari walk away with at least a point from today's game.
Shree Kumari could have won the match in the added minutes of the game but Santosh Kumar Singh's goal-bound header was palmed away by Nepal.
Bansbari's coach Yugal Kishor Rai said they should be satisfied with the style they have been playing. "We have developed a short-passing style play but you can't win points unless you win matches. We had devised a plan to stop their forward and we did that well but we could not score when chances came," said Rai.
Shree Kumari's coach Sandesh Kumar Shrestha said they should have won the game but goals eluded them. "We played well and created chances but we missed all of them. Our forwards should have scored at least a couple of goals today," said Shrestha.
The first match between Pulchok Sports Club and Shree Bhagwati Club also ended goalless.
Both the teams had created few chances but were unable to score to break the deadlock.
Pulchok's coach Mangal Maharjan said they had played good first half but came under pressure in the second. "Some of my players are injured and those played in their place came under pressure especially in the second half. We were also not lethal in front of goal," said Maharjan.
Shree Bhagwati's coach Sailesh Karmacharya said they have roped in few new players and they will take some time to gel with the team. "I hope our performance will improve further in coming matches once my team gets fully set. We were also unlucky in today's game as we struck the bar thrice despite holding the possession," said Karmacharya.
Pulchok lie at the bottom of the table with two points from seven matches. Shree Bhagwati are ninth with sixth point from seven matches.
